Cancellation Policy – Wear Essentia
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
2. After Dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
3. Refund on Cancellation
If cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Company Rights
Wear Essentia reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock issues or payment verification problems.
