We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
- Items purchased on sale or discount
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with proof (images/video).
5. Important Note
Wear Essentia reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
